Saint-Cloud, January 29, 2019 – Elis, an international multi-service provider, offering textile, hygiene and facility services solutions across Europe and Latin America, is continuing its expansion strategy in its key markets and announces the closing of the acquisition of 100% of Lloguer Textil Maresme, S.L (Lloguer Textil) in Spain.
Lloguer Textil is a family business that operates a plant dedicated to Flat linen in Mataro, in the Northern area of Barcelona.
The group generated revenues of c. 3 million euros in 2018.
Commenting on this announcement, Xavier Martiré, CEO of Elis, declared:
"The acquisition of Lloguer Textil enables Elis to further expand its client portfolio in Hospitality/Restaurants in the Barcelona area. The Plant Manager will remain in place and will contribute to the company's integration within our Group."
