Saint-Cloud, April 30, 2019 – Elis informs its shareholders of the total number of shares make up the share capital of the Company and the total number of the existing voting rights as of 12 April 2019 in accordance with the article R.225-73-1 of the French commercial Code, date of the publication of the shareholders' meeting notice to the combined shareholders' meeting of 23 May 2019 provided for in Article R.225-73 of the French commercial Code, published in Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n°44.
