The preliminary notification to the General Shareholders' meeting stating the agenda and the draft resolutions to this meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on March 29, 2019, and is available at the address: https://investor.3ds.com/shareholders-meeting/home.

The convening notice stating the agenda will be published on May 6, 2019 in the BALO and will be made available at the foregoing address.
