Suspension of trading pending press release

Saint-Denis, May 6 2019 – Pending the publication of a further press release, EuropaCorp has requested Euronext Paris to suspend trading of its shares (ISIN : FR0010490920) as from Monday, May 6 2019 after stock market closing time.
