Saint-Gobain announces the completion of the sale of its silicon carbide grains and powders business, which delivers annual sales of around €120 million, to the private equity firm OpenGate Capital.
This transaction is in line with Saint-Gobain's portfolio optimization strategy aimed at divesting businesses representing sales of more than €3.0 billion by end-2019.
