Suspension of trading of Recylex shares

In order to ensure equal access for the public to information, Recylex S.A. has asked for trading of the Recylex shares (Euronext Paris FR0000120388 - RX) to be suspended.

The terms for resuming the listing of the Recylex share will be specified in the company's next press release.
