CORRECTION: The announcement released at 14:50 by the Company on 15 March 2018 contained an error in the statement of the number of shares to be allotted and the total voting rights of the Company. The correct number of shares is 7,537,917 (and not 7,538,080 as originally stated). The correct total voting rights of the Company is 120,414,384 (and not 120,414,547 as originally stated). The full corrected text of the announcement is as follows.

The Directors of Downing ONE VCT plc announce an allotment on 15 March 2018 of ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 7 September 2017 ("Offer") as follows:

7,537,917 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 89.50p.

Application for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 21 March 2018.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is 120,414,384 Ordinary Shares.
