RESOLUTIONS OF AFARAK GROUP'S EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) announces that during the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") the resolutions presented by a minority group of shareholders related to the demand for conducting a special audit and the dismissal of the Board of Directors were withdrawn.
DELISTING FROM THE HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE
The EGM resolved that the Board of Directors would start working on preparing a plan for delisting from the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The EGM resolved that the Board of Directors would comprise of five (5) members: Dr Jelena Manojlovic (UK citizen), Mr Barry Rourke (UK citizen), Mr Ivan Jakovcic (Croatian citizen) and Mr Thorstein Abrahamsen (Norvegian citizen) were re-elected. Mr Guy Konsbruck (Luxembourg citizen) was elected.
THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the EGM, the Board of Directors held a meeting in which Dr Jelena Manojlovic was unanimously appointed as the Chairman.
