Saint-Quentin-Fallavier – September 11, 2019 – 6pm

Thermador Groupe has entered into exclusive negotiations with Mrs Candice Gourvil for the acquisition of all the shares in the company Eurobinox based in Chaponost (Rhône county, France). The company distributes and manufactures manual and motorised valves, connectors, tubes and accessories for the agrofoods, biotech, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Their product ranges would be a beneficial addition to the industrial valves and connectors ranges already distributed by certain Thermador Groupe subsidiaries.

Eurobinox reported turnover of €14.5m and an operating profit of €838,000 for the financial year ended April 30, 2019. They reported a net positive cash position of €3.6m at the time. It currently employs 42 people.

The period for exclusive negotiations comes to an end on October 15, 2019.
