At the meeting held on October 21, 2019, Thermador Groupe board members decided by majority vote not to continue with the acquisition project regarding the company Eurobinox based in Chaponost (Rhône, France).

In spite of the complementary nature of the two companies' activities, the Board felt that the cultural difference was too great, highlighting the risk of not being able to implement operational synergies quickly enough.
