Cicor announces, for the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, that, as at close of business on 5 December 2025, Cicor had 4,390,242 registered shares of CHF 10.00 each in issue and admitted to trading at the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (excluding registered shares held in treasury and a maximum of up to 9,832 further Cicor Shares which may be issued pursuant to Cicor's existing mandatory convertible note programme).

Cicor has 467 mandatory convertible notes outstanding of CHF 1,000.00 each.

The International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") for the Cicor ordinary shares is CH0008702190 and the ISIN for the Cicor mandatory convertible notes is CH1155135838.
