The Board announces that Andrew Jonathan Dann has been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), effective 4 December 2025, succeeding Wendy Jane Dorman who retired from the Board on 4 December 2025.

Andrew Dann, a current Director of the Company since 1 February 2025, brings extensive experience as a Chartered Accountant and has served on the Company's ARC Board. The Board is confident that his expertise will continue to support the Company's robust governance and risk‑management framework.
