Şirketimizin 06.11.2025 tarih ve 2025/26 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararı çerçevesinde hazırlanan esas sözleşme tadil tasarısının onaylanması talebiyle Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") yapılan başvuru, SPK tarafından 07.11.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu tadil tasarısının Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde tescil ve ilan edilmesini teminen İstanbul Ticaret Odası ("İTO") nezdinde yapılan başvuru üzerine İTO tarafından talep edilen düzeltmeler, SPK tarafından yeniden onaylanmış olup, tadil metninin tescil ve ilanı için İTO nezdinde tekrar başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
