Issue of Equity

The Directors of Downing FOUR VCT plc announce an allotment on 21 November 2017 of Healthcare Shares of 0.1p each ("Healthcare Shares") pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 8 December 2016 ("Offers") as follows:

444,297 Healthcare Shares at an average price of 103.79p.

The Directors of Downing FOUR VCT plc further announce an allotment on 21 November 2017 of Generalist Shares of 0.1p each ("Generalist Shares") pursuant to the Top-Up Offer for Subscription dated 25 August 2017 ("Top-Up Offer") as follows:

38,678 Generalist Shares at an average price of 102.10p.

Application for all shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 27 November 2017.
