At their meeting on December 10, 2019, Thermador Groupe board members in a majority vote approved the motion to give powers to the Managing Director to finalise the acquisition of Distrilabo based in Bischheim (county Haut Rhin, France).

Distrilabo distributes a wide range of technical materials in France for pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement and control for industrial processes and climatic engineering. Its customers are mostly wholesalers of industrial supplies and wholesalers of equipment for heating and sanitary systems.

The family company's 20 employees anchored in Alsace reported turnover of €5.5m in 2018 with an operating profit of €387,000.

Distrilabo could thereby become a locomotive for Thermador group for these product ranges, developing commercial synergies with its customers and suppliers.
