Thermador Groupe has finalised the acquisition of all Distrilabo's shares, a company based in Bischheim (France, 67), for a total of €5.2 million via a cash payment on December 31st, 2019. For the purpose, Thermador Groupe will take out two very competitive, fixed-rate, five-year loans with CIC Lyonnaise de Banque and Société Générale banks.

Distrilabo sells a wide range of technical materials for pressure, temperature, level and flow measurement for industrial processes and environmental engineering. Its customers are primarily wholesalers in industrial supplies and heating and sanitation equipment.

The 20 employees of this family company based in Alsace reported €5.5 million turnover in 2018 and an operating result of €387,000.

The operation is designed to shore up Distrilabo's future, allow it to continue its growth and give it a leadership position in its specialities within Thermador group through commercial synergies with its customers and suppliers.
