MASTERPLAST Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 8143 Sárszentmihály, Árpád u. 1/A, hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "MASTERPLAST Nyrt.") on 14th March 2025 informed the honourable investors that based on the Government Decision 1058/2025 (III.13.) published in the Hungarian Gazette, a strategic cooperation agreement will be concluded between the Government of Hungary and MASTERPLAST Nyrt., with the aim of strengthening the Company's presence in Hungary and its long-term development.

The Company hereby informs the honourable Investors that the aforementioned strategic cooperation agreement was signed today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. With the signing of this agreement, MASTERPLAST Nyrt. has become the 100th strategic partner of the Government of Hungary.
