The Company announces that Albert Cilia resigned from his position as secretary of the Company effective on the 5 December 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company extends its gratitude to Mr Cilia for his service to the Company. Dr Desiree Cassar has been appointed secretary of the Company and has assumed the responsibilities previously carried out by Mr Cilia.

Furthermore, the Company is providing the details required under Capital Markets Rule 5.20 in respect of the appointment of Dr Desiree Cassar and of Mr Marvin (Mario Vincent) Gaerty, the latter having not been included in the previous company announcement regarding his appointment (company announcement 150/2025).
