Half-year report on COMPAGNIE DE SAINT- GOBAIN liquidity agreement with EXANE BNP PARIBAS

Pursuant to the liquidity agreement entered into by COMPAGNIE DE SAINT-GOBAIN with EXANE BNP PARIBAS, as at December 31st , 2019, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:

During second half 2019, 769,405 shares were bought, for a total value of € 27,323,156 and 748,405 shares were sold, for a total value of € 26,611,991. Total number of transactions was 2,062 on the buying side and 2,378 on the selling side.

As at January 1st, 2019, date of implementation of AMF decision n° 2018-01 of July 2nd 2018, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account
