Financial calendar for 2026

COMMUNICATION

Under the terms and for the purposes of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014

of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 and other

applicable regulations, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A.

("REN") hereby informs the market and the general public of the expected dates

for the following 2025 corporate events:

• 2025 Annual Results (non-audited information): March 05 th 2026 (after

market close);

• General Shareholders' Meeting: April 15 th 2026;

• First Quarter 2026 Results: May 07 th 2026 (after market close);

• Second Quarter 2026 Results: July 30th 2026 (after market close);

• Third Quarter 2026 Results: November 12 th 2026 (after market close).

In the event of any changes to the announced financial calendar, REN will inform

the market through the same channel.
