Inclusion in FTSE 250 Index

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc ("UEM" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that UEM has joined the FTSE 250 index with effect from today.

Mark Bridgeman, Chairman of UEM said: "This important milestone is a strong testament to the Company's unique long term strategic focus of investing in infrastructure and utilities within emerging markets and the experience of the dedicated management team. 

"Since UEM's inception in 2005 to 30 November 2025, UEM has reported a NAV total return of 526.0% (9.4% per annum) outperforming the MSCI EM total return index in Sterling terms which was up 395.8% (8.2% per annum)."
