ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE POTENTIAL TARGET MARKET FOR THE BONDS ISSUED BY THE COMPANY "AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A." WHICH ARE OFFERED TO INVESTORS THROUGH A PUBLIC OFFERING ΑΝD WILL BE ADMITTED TO TRADING ON THE FIXED INCOME SECURITIES SEGMENT OF THE ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE

The Joint Coordinator and Bookrunner, namely "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.", in connection with the public offering of the bonds (the "Bonds") of the company "AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A." (the "Company"), through the issuance of a common bond loan amounting up to €140,000,000, in its capacity as manufacturer of said financial instruments, in accordance with Article 16, par. 3 of Law 4514/2018 and the Bank of Greece Executive Committee Act No. 234/3/23.09.2024, regarding the requirements of monitoring products, hereby announce that, in cooperation with the Company, it has carried out an assessment of the potential target market for the up to 140,000 Bonds as follows:

• i. The potential target market for the Bonds consists of: retail clients, professional clients and eligible counterparties, each as defined in Law 4514/2018, as in force, having at least basic knowledge and experience in investment products and services, with limited capacity to bear losses in respect of the capital invested, low risk tolerance, with an appropriate time horizon of up to five (5) years, that is, until the contractual due date of the Bonds (or earlier, either in case of call option right exercise by the Company, or in case of put option right exercise by the bondholders) and with investment objective the preservation of the invested capital or the income or the portfolio diversification and/or capital growth.
• ii. All channels for the distribution of the Bonds (i.e., investment service for the provision of investment advice, portfolio management, reception/transmission of order and execution of order) are considered appropriate for the clients of the potential target market.
