Nature of the Event: Approval of Settlement Agreement

Further to the provisions of Section 24.2 of the Description of the Corporation's Business chapter in the Company's periodic report for 2024, as published on March 9, 2025 (reference number: 2025-01-015523), and to the Company's immediate report dated May 26, 2025 (reference number: 2025-01-037391), regarding two motions for approval of class actions led with the Central District Court: the rst, in April 2016 against 012 Smile Telecom Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), which was approved as a class action in January 2021; and the second, in September 2017 against the Company and Partner Fixed-Line Solutions Limited Partnership (a partnership owned by the Company) (hereinafter collectively: the Companies), in which it was claimed, inter alia, that the infrastructure included in the internet plans offered by the Companies does not support the surng speeds published to customers, and an application for approval of a settlement agreement in an amount not material to the Companies submitted by the parties to the court (hereinafter: the Settlement Agreement), the Company hereby noties that the court has approved the Settlement Agreement.
