The subscribed, Rompetrol Well Services S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), hereby publicly inform about the appointment of Mr. Sorin Graure as interim member of the Board of Directors, as a result of the revokes of Mr. Turlybekov Nurdaulet from his position as a member of the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the provisions of the art. 137² of the Law no. 31/1990 on trading companies, republished, as further amended, and of the art. 14.6 of the Articles of Incorporation of Rompetrol Well Services S.A., Mr. Sorin Graure was appointed interim member of the Board of Directors, as of December 03 th , 2025, until the next General Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders.

Mr. Sorin Graure has accumulated over 23 years of experience in the refining industry, holding various managerial roles, such as Development and Services Director, Technical Director, Project Director, General Manager of Rompetrol Rafinare starting with July, 2025.

Between 2012-2014, Mr. Graure held the position of General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of Rompetrol Rafinare SA.

Mr. Graure holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ovidius University, Constanta, Faculty of Petroleum Technology and Petrochemistry.
