PDMR/Shareholding Announcement

This announcement confirms that Browning West LP, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Usman Nabi, Non‑Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 2,482,430 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Shares") as part of a share distribution to an underlying investor. Browning West LP is an independent investment partnership based in Los Angeles, California, and is currently the Company's second largest shareholder. Usman Nabi serves as its Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Following the transfer, Browning West remains the Company's second largest shareholder owning 28,269,558 Shares which equates to 8.81% of the Company's total voting rights.
