The Patent and Market Court of Appeal dismisses Rototilt's lawsuit against engcon - no liability

As previously announced by engcon AB ("engcon"), the tiltrotator manufacturer Rototilt Group AB ("Rototilt") filed a lawsuit against engcon regarding alleged infringement of patented technology in June 2022. In May 2023, the Patent and Market Court announced a judgement in the case and determined that there was no patent infringement and Rototilt's lawsuit was therefore dismissed. The judgement was appealed to the Patent and Market Court of Appeal, which today announced its judgement in the case. The Patent and Market Court of Appeal, similar to the Patent and Market Court, determines that there is no patent infringement by engcon, and Rototilt's lawsuit is therefore dismissed.

Pursuant to the judgement, it may not be appealed.
