Dustin's Chairman Thomas Ekman declines re-election

Thomas Ekman has today informed that he is not available for re-election as Chairman of the Board or as a member of the board of Dustin.

The background is that he is leaving his role as CEO of Axel Johnson. For further information see Axel Johnson's press release https://axeljohnson-app.vercel.app/nyheter-media. Thomas will stay as Chairman of the Board until the Annual General Meeting on 12 December 2024.

The Nomination Committee's complete proposals will be published no later than in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2023/24.
