Temporary changes in the number of shares and votes in Betsson AB

As of 30 September 2024, the total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) (the "Company") amounts to 285,459,676 and the total number of votes amounts to 556,071,676. These are divided into 30,068,000 class A shares carrying 300,680,000 votes, 246,896,810 class B shares carrying the same number of votes and 8,494,866 class C shares carrying the same number of votes.

The change in the number of shares and votes is due to a share split (2:1), which is part of the execution of the second of the two automatic share redemption programs that were decided on by the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2024. Half of all outstanding shares after the share split are redemption shares. The number of shares and votes will be restored after the redemption procedure is completed in October 2024.
