Johan Stuart is leaving Sinch's board of directors
Stockholm, Sweden – 19 juni 2024 – Sinch AB (publ), which is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Communications Cloud, today announces that Johan Stuart is leaving the board of directors for personal reasons. The process of finding a successor will now be initiated.
Johan Stuart has been a member of Sinch's board of directors since 2015. "Sinch is today more than ten times larger than it was when Johan Stuart was elected as a new board member. I would like to thank Johan for his long-term commitment and valuable contribution to Sinch's development during this exciting time", comments Erik Fröberg, chairman of the board of Sinch.
