CROWN ENERGY UPDATES THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR AND TIMING OF AGM

Crown Energy AB (publ) ("The Company") updates the financial calendar:

• The first quarter report 2024 will be published 29 May. (previous date 21 of May)
• The AGM 2024 will be held the 10 June. (previous date 4 June)

The Company wants to bring attention to that the earlier scheduled date for the Annual General Meeting was 4 June 2024 and that the advertisement of the notice that will be published in Svenska Dagbladet on 7 May 2024 incorrectly refers to the earlier date. The latter advertisement is thus invalid. A new advertisement will be published in Svenska Dagbladet on 13 May 2024.
