KALRAY ANNOUNCES ITS FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2021

Grenoble, France, February 1 st , 2020 – Kalray (Euronext Growth Paris: ALKAL), a pioneer in intelligent processors, today announces its financial communication agenda for 2021. Each publication will be released after Euronext Paris market closing. This calendar of publication dates is for reference only, it is subject to change if necessary.

• 20 April 2021 : 2020 Year-End Results

• 15 September 2021 : 2021 Half-Year Results

• 10 June 2021 : Shareholders Meeting
• 12 July 2021 : Activity in the first half of 2021
