Filing of the 2020 Universal Registration Document

Imerys filed on March 22, 2021 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), its 2020 Universal Registration Document including:

• the annual financial report,
• the management report, including the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance,
• and, the draft agenda and draft resolutions which will be submitted to the Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on May, 10 2021.

The 2020 Universal Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the Group's website www.imerys.com. It is also available on the AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).
