ANNOUNCEMENT OF TAX AUDIT RESULTS TAX CERTIFICATES FOR THE 2024 FISCAL YEAR

BriQ Properties REIC, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, as in force, as well as article 78 of the Tax Procedure Code (Law 5104/2024), informs the investing public that the special tax audit of the Company and its subsidiaries for the 2024 financial year, which was carried out by the Independent Certified Public Accountant, has been completed.

Following the above audit, Tax Certificates / Tax Compliance Reports were issued for the Company and its two subsidiaries, with an unqualified conclusion.
