COMBINED ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF 28 MAY 2020

TERMS OF PROVISION OF THE WORKING DOCUMENTATION

The Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 28 May 2021, at 2:00 P.M. behind closed doors, without the physical attendance of our shareholders.

Shareholders will have the possibility to listen to a live broadcast of the meeting. The broadcast will be available on the company's website via the following link: https://channel.royalcast.com/landingpage/alten-fr/20210528\_1/.

The preliminary notice of the General Meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" (BALO) of 23 April 2021. Notice of meeting will be published in the BALO on 12 May 2021.

The working documentation for the General Meeting, as listed in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code, are posted on the Company's website: https://www.alten.com/investors/shareholders-area/.

The working documentation for the General Meeting is also available to the shareholders as from today. Thus, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:

• any shareholder holding registered shares may, up to the fifth day, inclusive, prior to the General Meeting, request the documents listed in the articles R.225-81 et R.225-83 of the French commercial code from the Company (subject to the conditions prescribed by the regulation) . For shareholders holding bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the submission of a shareholding certificate delivered by their authorized financial intermediary;
• any shareholder may consult these documents at the registered office of the Company.
