Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

-      On 1 December 2025, Jamie Brooke, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 22,222 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 90.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jamie holds an interest in 188,532 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.7 per cent of the Company's total voting rights; and

-      On 1 December 2025, Christiane Ward, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to Jeff Ward, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,164 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 90.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jeff Ward and his PCAs hold a beneficial interest in 42,164 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
