Notice of availability - Release of the Universal Registration Document 2020/2021

Saint-Denis, 23 July 2021 – EuropaCorp's Universal Registration Document for financial year 2020/2021 was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on July 23, 2021, under the number D.21-0726.

The French-language document has been made available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and may be viewed at and downloaded from the Group's website at the following address: www.europacorp.com under the Corporate – Periodical Financial Reports section.

Copies of the document are also available at the Company's headquarters:
