Update - Option to sell 8VIC Global Pte Limited and acquisition of substantial interest in Digimatic Group Ltd
6 November 2017, Singapore
8I Holdings Limited (ASX: 8IH ) (“ 8IH ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to provide an update on the sale of 8VIC Global Pte Limited (“ 8VIC Global ”) (“ Transaction ”) announced on 9 October 2017.
The parties have completed their due diligence and today the Company and Digimatic Group Limited (“ASX:DMC”) have executed the option agreement (“ Option Agreement ”), incorporating the share transfer and acquisition agreement in relation to the Transaction, with DMC and Glorymont Ltd.
The Company will be convening a shareholders’ meeting in Singapore on 22 November 2017, 9:00am (Singapore Standard Time) to seek the shareholders’ approval for the Transaction. The Company expects to complete the Transaction in the month of November 2017, provided requisite Company shareholder approval and DMC shareholder approvals are obtained.
