Late Lodgement of Appendix 3X / 3Z

July 15 2016, Singapore

8I Holdings (ASX:8IH) (“8IH” or “the Company”) advises that the Appendix 3X for Mr Charles Mac and Appendix 3Z for Mr Zane Lewis have not been lodged as required.

The late lodgement of the Appendix 3X and 3Z was due to administrative error whereby the respective appendixes were not appended to the announcement on April 27, 2016 advising the board and management appointments.

The Company considers that it has in place the necessary education, reporting and notification policies to ensure compliance with the disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A and the Company has reminded the Directors of their obligations under 3.19A. The company believes the current arrangements to be adequate to ensure future compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B.

The directors are aware of their responsibilities under Listing Rule 3.19A and 3.19B and are conscious of lodgements being made in a timely manner.

The Appendix 3X for Mr Mac and the Appendix 3Z for Mr Lewis follow.
