Board and Management Appointments
26 April 2016, Singapore
8I Holdings Ltd (ASX: 8IH) (“8IH” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Charles Mac as Non-Executive Director with effect from 26[th] April 2016.
Mr Charles Mac
Mr Mac has more than 18 years of experience in the SAP IT Industry, dealing with multinational companies in the Asia Pacific Region. He has held various leadership roles for large, global multinational companies with extensive experience across Asia Pacific in Team Management, Quality Management, Audits, Business Development and Contract Deliveries. He is an Australian citizen and holds a Bachelor of Computing (Information System) from Monash University. Mr Mac currently serves on the Board of an Australian-listed company, Ennox Group Limited as a Non-Executive Director.
With Mr Mac’s appointment, Mr Zane Lewis will step down from his role of NonExecutive Director and Company Secretary (Australia) for 8IH. He will remain as a Corporate Advisor to the Company. The current Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Mr Louis Chua, will be appointed as Company Secretary (Australia).
The Board and Management would like to thank Mr Lewis for his significant contribution and commitment to 8IH as a board member for the past two years and look forward to his continued contributions as a Corporate Advisor, and would like to congratulate Mr Mac and Mr Chua on their respective appointments.
