Six new Federal Government entities signed to expense8 with total contract value of $697k

  • Five new Federal Government entities under the Service Delivery Office (SDO) of the Department of Finance shared services hub sign onto expense8

  • Total Contract Values (TCV) across the five new agencies of $545k

  • A total of six new Federal Government entities have been signed to expense8 via the SDO since the hub agreement was executed in June 2019

  • Further to the signings under the SDO, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) signed a 3-year contract (plus contract extensions) with a TCV of $152k ex GST

  • Total Shared Service contracts wins to date are over $2m in TCV. Significant upside remains with a further 40+ entities under the shared services hub agreements to be onboarded onto expense8

8common Limited (ASX: 8CO) is pleased to advise that a further five agencies covered under the Service Delivery Office (SDO) of the Department of Finance shared services hub have signed contracts for Expense8. The five new Federal Government entities signed represent a total contract value of $545k and include:

  • Safe Work Australia

  • Fair Work Ombudsman

  • Australian Skills Quality Authority

  • Australian Public Service Commission

  • Australian Building and Construction Commission

Implementation across these agencies is anticipated to occur in 1H FY21. 8common’s growing exposure to the Federal Government was fast-tracked by the signing of shared services agreements with the Service Delivery Office of the Department of Finance (ref ASX release 28 June 2019) and the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science (ref ASX release 10 May 2019). 8common now provides expense8 to a total of 27 Federal Government entities with over 17,000 users.

Further to the signing under the SDO, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) have signed a 3-year contract (plus contract extensions) with a TCV of $152k ex GST.

8common continues to build on our client base with the Federal, New South Wales and Northern Territory Governments where expense8 is utilised by 141 agencies & entities with over 102,000 active users.
