Change of Auditor

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3 and ASIC Regulatory Guide 26, we wish to advise that 8common Limited (Company) has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to change its auditor.

The Company has accepted the resignation of Walker Wayland NSW as auditor of the Company and has received the consent of MVA Bennett to be appointed as auditor of the Company.

In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be placed at the 2025 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of MVA Bennett as the Company’s auditor.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Walker Wayland NSW for their past professional services to the Company.
