EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION

on the authorization of the transfer of insurance portfolios formed from group insurance contracts

CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs its Esteemed Shareholders and other members of the public that in relation to certain portfolio transfer agreements consisting of group insurance contracts concluded by it and/or its subsidiary CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zrt. (EMABIT) in order to strengthen its alternative (so-called affinity) sales channel, published on September 17, 2025 published¹

• - the Hungarian Competition Authority found no grounds for ordering an investigation, and
• - the Hungarian National Bank granted permission in all cases to the entities listed in the applications for the transferring party to transfer the following portfolios to the Company and/or EMABIT with effect from January 1, 2026, under the conditions specified in the applications:

Europ Assistance S.A. Irish Branch as the transferring insurer and CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zrt. regarding the transfer of assistance insurance policies are still waiting for the approval of the French insurance supervisory authority, the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution.

The Company's Board of Directors reiterates that the content of the above transaction elements fits well into the framework of the previously published Growth Strategy, which sets out the directions and objectives for development, and should be considered a key element of that strategy, contributing to the goal of transforming CIG Pannónia Insurance into a reliable, large-scale composite insurer with a stable background and a portfolio of life and non-life insurance products in the coming period.
