Availability of the half-year financial report 2021

Rothschild & Co announces that its half-year financial report 2021 has been made available to the public and filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

This report includes the following information:

• the half-year activity report;
• the half-year summary consolidated financial statements for the period from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021;
• the report of the Statutory Auditors on the half-year financial information; and
• the statement by the persons responsible for the half-year financial report.
