PRESS RELEASE NOTIFICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

B.F. S.p.A. ("BF" or the "Company") has announced that on the 1 st of December 2025 the total number of shares with increased voting rights is 99,357,776, pursuant to Article 127 quinquies of the Consolidated Law on Finance and in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and the Regulations on Increased Voting Rights adopted by the Company on 26 January 2022, which can be found on the Company's website in the "Investor Relations – Voto Maggiorato" section (https://www.bfspa.it/it/investor_relations/votomaggiorato).

Pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation, the following table provides details regarding the shares in circulation and the number of voting rights constituting the share capital of BF.
