The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 1 December 2025 the Company purchased for cancellation 110,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 180.63p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 180.63p/180.63p respectively.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 90,522,799.
