Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on the acquisition of 99% business quota in Netfone Telecom Kft.

4iG Public Limited Company ("4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that the closing of the business quota sale and purchase agreement concluded on 2 July 2025 by 4iG's subsidiary 4iG Telecommunication Holding Private Company Limited by Shares (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; registration number: 01-10-042190) ("4iG Telco Holding") regarding the acquisition of business quota representing 99% (ninety-nine percent) of the registered capital of the national telecommunications operator, Netfone Telecom Kft. (registered seat: 8900 Zalaegerszeg, Nefelejcs utca 2/A.; registration number: 20-09-076111) ("Netfone Telecom") ("Transaction") has taken place today, thus 4iG Telco Holding became the 99% business quota holder in Netfone Telecom.

The Hungarian-owned Netfone Telecom, with its nationwide sales network, has achieved dynamic customer growth in the past few years, currently managing 106,000 SIM cards and has become a dominant player in the Hungarian Mobile Virtual Network Operator market. With its self-brand SIM cards, competitive tariffs and digitally optimized customer service, Netfone Telecom targets mainly individuals and small businesses. Following the Transaction, Netfone Telecom will continue to operate as an independent company, while 4iG Group will continue to provide the necessary network infrastructure, technological support and financial stability for its operations.
