As at 30 November 2025 the issued capital of the Company comprised 5,100,607,214 ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence ('Shares') including 452,084,395 Shares held in treasury leaving a balance of 4,648,522,819 Shares with voting rights of one vote per share.

The figure of 4,648,522,819 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
