PERIODIC DISCLOSURE ON THE PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES 24 NOVEMBER 2025 – 28 NOVEMBER 2025

OVS S.p.A. ("OVS" - OVS.MI) informs to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between 24 November 2025 and 28 November 2025, no. 76,976 ordinary shares (equal to 0.030% of the share capital) at the average unit price of Euro 4.2857 for a total amount equal to Euro 329,896.04. Such transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to the purchase of own shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 30 May 2025, implementing the purchase program launched on 9 June 2025 (already object of disclosure also pursuant to art.144 bis of the CONSOB Regulation 11971/99 and to art. 132 of D.Lgs. no.58/98).
