As at 30 November 2025, The North American Income Trust plc's capital consisted of 126,923,569 ordinary shares of 5p, of which 12,158,790 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The North American Income Trust plc is 114,764,779.
