The Global Smaller Companies Trust plc (the 'Company') advises that as at 30 November 2025 the Company had 620,533,770 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue (including 186,288,161 ordinary shares of 2.5p each held in Treasury).  Each ordinary share has one vote per share.

The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore, 434,245,609.

The above figure of 434,245,609 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
